Maps, Flat File & Museum Storage

Maps, charts, blueprints, photographs—in an archival or museum setting, they all require delicate and varied types of storage. Protect and preserve a variety of archives and artifacts with cabinets in a variety of configurations:

  • Flat file drawers in widths as wide as 120” and 60” deep—widths and depths can be increased if needed
  • Pullout drawers with gliding telescopic ball-bearing extensions for viewing documents without having to touch them
  • Removeable trays to securely transport items for further examination and research
  • Double-hinged doors for easy access
  • Cabinets can be combined with high-density mobile storage for maximum capacity

Additionally, existing museum cabinets or shelving can be easily outfitted with smooth-gliding drawers, trays, and flat files. For archives that don’t require the space-saving benefits of a mobile storage unit, consider a static shelving systems such as widespan shelving or a stand-alone museum cabinet.
