COVID-19 Response

Here at Spacesaver Intermountain, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and taking steps to minimize any disruption to the services we provide our customers. In doing so, we are supporting and complying with measures being implemented by various Federal, State and Local Government Agencies.

The well-being of our employees, customers and communities is of the utmost importance and won’t be compromised. Our employees are actively engaging customers to do everything possible to continue the flow of commerce. This includes creative problem solving and flexibility in order to pursue this objective in a safe and responsible manner.

The following will provide additional guidelines and updates as it relates to engaging our organization:

Engaging with our team
Effective March 16, 2020 we have asked all our associates who can work remotely to do so. We expect this adjustment to last through March 31 and will modify this timeline based on circumstances and government recommendations. Please know that we will remain fully available to respond to your needs and concerns for the duration of this public health crisis. Online calls or meetings are an excellent option and are encouraged where possible. All our associates have the tools, technology and resources necessary to continue to provide superior customer service for your day-to-day and project requirements.

Current and Pending Projects
Successfully completing current and pending project work is a top priority for our team. Our employees and the manufacturers we represent are ready to support your project needs. We are committed to working through what we believe will be a short-term situation.

Installation, Service and Warranty Requests
Our installation and field service teams are ready and available to meet project installation and service needs. We have provided these crews with additional cleaning and sanitation supplies to allow them to work safely while on site. We are prepared to comply with all health screening requirements that may be in place at your location. We are also willing to explore flexible scheduling and facility access solutions where required in order to continue to service your needs.

Health and Safety Precautions
We will continue to carefully monitor the government’s suggestions and requirements to prevent COVID-19 from spreading. We are in constant communication with all our team members on best hygiene practices and the typical symptoms of COVID-19. All our employees have been instructed to stay at home and seek appropriate testing and medical attention if they are experiencing symptoms consistent with this illness.
